Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 9, 2026

DGZ Consulting is a marketing agency. We treat every piece of information our clients share with us as confidential, and we handle it under the terms of the contract we sign together. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and what we do with it.

Who we are

DGZ Consulting is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us any time at victor@dgzconsulting.com.

What we collect

Why we use it

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside what is needed to run the services you hired us for.

Client data under contract

When we work with a client, any data or account access we are given is used only for that project, only for as long as the engagement requires it, and only by the people on our team who need it. Confidentiality, ownership of the work, and how data is handled and returned are set out in the contract we sign with each client — that contract always takes precedence.

Who we work with

To run our business we rely on trusted third-party providers, such as email and hosting services, and the advertising and analytics platforms required by each project. They only process data on our instructions and under their own data protection commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as the working relationship lasts, plus any period required by law (for example, invoices for tax purposes). After that, we delete it or return it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold: access limited to the people who need it, encrypted connections, and reputable providers. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously and act quickly if something goes wrong.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or object to how we use it. Write to victor@dgzconsulting.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
